Master S Degree Mindfulness

Master S Degree Mindfulness is a Masters program taught at Bircham International University, Spain. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (9 to 12 months) options.

The Master’s Degree Mindfulness at Bircham International University reviews several meditation techniques to support a state of alert and focused relaxation. Students learn to pay attention to present thoughts and sensations without judgment, to help the mind refocus on the present moment. The program requires intention, attention, and attitude.

Study is delivered via distance learning. The program is structured as 70% textbooks and 30% project, with a research methodology component and a final project or thesis. The degree uses 36 to 54 academic credits, including 21 academic credits for Mindfulness Online and additional subjects.

Admission is open for adults over 25 years of age, and it requires a bachelor’s degree or international equivalent with 3 to 4 years of study. The program is designed as distance education for adults and professionals.
