Máster de Formación Permanente en Dirección Estratégica en Bienestar Organizacional is a Masters program taught at Florida Universitaria, Spain. Intake: Fall, Spring. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (1–2 years) options.

The Permanent Education Master in Strategic Management in Organizational Wellbeing trains you to apply new action models for people management and health. It aims to equip organization leaders with tools to build internal capacity to pursue goals aligned with workplace health and wellbeing. You study intervention techniques from positive psychology, emotional intelligence, and safety and health.

The program uses a practical, interactive learning methodology connected to business reality. You work with practical case studies from organizations, and you receive accredited training for using the Organizational Healthy and Resilient Diagnostic tool HEROCHECK. During the last four months of the course, you receive mentoring to complete your TFM.
