The Master in Management in Barcelona is an official, RUCT-registered Master of Science (MSc) in Management from GBSB Global Business School. Students study strategic management and analytics, economics and geopolitics, digital transformation, innovation and technology, and effective teamwork and project management. Across the program, they also cover finance for management, operations management, and strategic marketing, with additional electives across specializations.

The program runs on a morning and afternoon schedule and is organized by terms: Fall includes modules in strategic management and analytics, economics and geopolitics, digital transformation, innovation and technology, and effective teamwork and project management. Winter includes finance for management, operations management, and ELECTIVE I and ELECTIVE II. Spring includes strategic marketing, ELECTIVE III, and ELECTIVE IV, followed by capstone final projects based on a real-world problem. Students may secure internships with local and international companies.
