Senior Management Program

Senior Management Program is a program taught at IE University, Spain. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (6 months) options.

The Senior Management Program at IE Business School is designed to help senior managers anticipate change and build an innovative vision. It focuses on aligning and inspiring collaborators to create commitment and purpose, drive future strategies, and coordinate the generation of value. The program combines knowledge, mindset, and purpose, and includes a personalized Leadership Development Plan and a mentored impact project for applying transformation in your organization.

The program is delivered in Spanish in Madrid in a face-to-face format. It includes workshops, labs, and discussion panels, plus tools such as simulators, virtual reality, and multimedia tools. It also includes activities such as seminars, networking events, and the “Lunch with leaders” series, along with leadership development support and advisory and mentor guidance for impact projects.

The minimum requirements for admission in Senior Management Program at IE University for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

• program specific academic requirment set by IE University.
• English Language OR any other language requirments as set by IE University as pre-requiste for admission in Senior Management Program.
