Grado en Humanidades

Grado en Humanidades is a Bachelor program taught at Universidad de Salamanca, Spain. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time options.

The Bachelor’s degree in Humanities at Universidad de Salamanca combines general knowledge focused on the Sciences of Man, with an interdisciplinary approach and a contemporary perspective, plus an instrumental and applied component for professional activity. The degree includes basic training, compulsory courses, optional courses, and a final dissertation. Students study in semester subjects of 6 ECTS.

The degree is organised around three professional profiles (itineraries/mentions). Students must choose one profile and complete at least 8 of the 11 optional courses (48 ECTS) integrated into that mention.

Each mention has a specific focus: Heritage Management (cultural projects and events, cultural policy, and artistic/cultural/scientific creativity), International Cooperation and Development (development projects within NGOs and public administration and international work for public and private companies), and Text Analysis and Criticism (technical training for editing, production, dissemination, and critique of philosophical, literary, and linguistic texts).

The minimum requirements for admission in Grado en Humanidades at Universidad de Salamanca for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

• program specific academic requirment set by Universidad de Salamanca.
• English Language OR any other language requirments as set by Universidad de Salamanca as pre-requiste for admission in Grado en Humanidades.

No hay un perfil de ingreso específico dado el carácter abierto e integrador de las Humanidades. De hecho, se puede acceder desde cualquier bachillerato, aunque se recomienda tener un interés especial por los temas humanísticos.

Para matricularse en este Grado no están previstas condiciones o pruebas especiales diferentes a las generales que fija la normativa básica estatal.
