Introduction

Grado en Pedagogia is a Bachelor program taught at Universidad de Salamanca, Spain. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (4 years) options.

The Grado en Pedagogía at Universidad de Salamanca prepares students for work with educational systems, institutions, contexts, resources, and educational and training processes. It also covers personal, professional, social, and cultural development across the life course. Studies last 4 years and total 240 ECTS. Coursework is organized in semester subjects worth 6 credits each. Foundational training subjects (Pedagogy, Psychology, Sociology, Language and Communication) are taught in the first year. Specific or required subjects (including Educational Policy, Curriculum Design, Evaluation and Guidance, Attention to Diversity, and Research Methodology) are taught in the second and third years. In the last year, students take elective subjects, required external placements (24 ECTS), and the final degree project (6 ECTS).
