The Master de Formación Permanente en Gobernanza Ética de la Inteligencia Artificial at Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca studies the impact of artificial intelligence on human relationships, including industries and technology, citizenship, universities, governments, and international relationships. It addresses ethical governance of AI, the philosophy of technology and AI, human–machine interaction, and how AI affects rights through topics such as digital rights and algorithmic audits.

Module 1 includes subjects such as Introducción a la IA, Gobernanza ética de la IA: UE, UNESCO, and Big Tech companies y derechos humanos. Module 2 includes Ética, conciencia y libertad, Uso ético de la IA en el sector público y privado, Tecnologías disruptivas y tech-ética, and Violencia digital e IA generativa, followed by a Summer School and a Trabajo fin de máster.
