Introduction

Diploma in Gis Remote Sensing 2026 2027 21st Intake is a Diploma program taught at University of Sri Jayawardenapura, Sri Lanka. Intake: July. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (01 Year) options.

The Diploma in Geographic Information System (GIS) and Remote Sensing (RS) is offered by the Department of Geography at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. The aim is to create a career path with professional qualifications in Geoinformatics for non-graduate employees and students. Students study GIS and RS through course delivery by academic staff in the Department of Geography.
