Diploma in Business Hospitality

Diploma in Business Hospitality is a Diploma program taught at Business and Hotel Management School, Switzerland. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (6 months (Semester 1) and 6 months (Semester 2: Internship)) options.

The Postgraduate Diploma in Hospitality Management at Business and Hotel Management School is designed to build transferable hospitality skills using operational and management perspectives. Students study topics including Hospitality and Tourism Structure and Products, Food and Beverage Service Operations I (practical lab) and II (practical lab), Hospitality Yield and Revenue Management, Sustainable Change Management for Tourism, and supervisory and business-focused modules such as eCommerce, Business Sustainability, and Supervisory Development.

The programme includes Semester 1 academic studies for 6 months and Semester 2 as an internship for 6 months in Switzerland or worldwide. Students complete 120 credits, 60 ECTS, and complete electives that total 42 credits. The internship includes employer evaluation using agreed developmental criteria, plus a written assessment reflecting on professional development.

The minimum requirements for admission in Diploma in Business Hospitality at Business and Hotel Management School for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

• program specific academic requirment set by Business and Hotel Management School.
• English Language OR any other language requirments as set by Business and Hotel Management School as pre-requiste for admission in Diploma in Business Hospitality.
