The Bachelor in Life Sciences: Environmental Sciences and Technology (Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences, focus: Environmental Sciences and Technology) trains you to analyze environmental problems from multiple perspectives. You combine natural science, technology, and society-focused viewpoints, and you work with applied projects and case studies.
Teaching is delivered on campus with a face-to-face learning setting. You work in environmental laboratories from the first semester and use modern measurement systems and digital tools to analyze and solve environmental challenges. The program runs with projects and lab work, including field work, and includes an applied focus on ecotoxicology, circular economy, and resource protection.
After the bachelor’s degree, you can work in environmental labs of industry companies, authorities, and NGOs, as well as in engineering, environmental, or planning offices, research and development departments, environmental departments in large companies or public administration, and start-ups in environmental technology or cleantech.
