Bachelor of Science in Design Management

Bachelor of Science in Design Management is a Bachelor program taught at American University of Sharjah, UAE. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time options.

The Bachelor of Science in Design Management at the American University of Sharjah is designed to connect design with entrepreneurship and management. Students study a mix of design and business courses, build skills that support work as a design manager, and develop portfolio materials through a senior exhibition. Course topics include design thinking, service design, design project work, and fundamentals of marketing and business.

Learning is full-time and includes a Foundations Program, optional minor programs, portfolio development, a 5-week professional internship, and a senior exhibition. Students also work in hands-on studio projects guided by academic advisors, professors, and industry experts, with course mentoring that supports course selection and scheduling.
