Diploma in Partnership with the Hct To Develop Specialised National Talent is a Diploma program taught at Higher Colleges of Technology, UAE. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (two-year programme) options.

The Higher Colleges of Technology offers the Diploma in Partnership with the HCT To Develop Specialised National Talent (Real Estate Diploma), delivered in partnership with Dubai Land Department. The programme prepares participants for work in the real estate sector by linking theoretical knowledge with practical application through an accredited professional programme. It covers specialised areas including property management, real estate valuation and appraisal, real estate brokerage, dealings with property owners and tenants, and promoting real estate services.

The Real Estate Diploma qualifies 40 participants per cohort. It is a programme comprising 90 accredited hours and it is described as focusing on practical expertise and applied learning. Graduates can continue their academic studies or apply for professional licences in accordance with approved requirements.

The minimum requirements for admission in Diploma in Partnership with the Hct To Develop Specialised National Talent at Higher Colleges of Technology for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

• English Language OR any other language requirments as set by Higher Colleges of Technology as pre-requiste for admission in Diploma in Partnership with the Hct To Develop Specialised National Talent.
