Bachelor of Arts with Education Hea

Bachelor of Arts with Education Hea is a Bachelor program taught at Gulu University, Uganda. Intake: August. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (3 Years) options.

The Bachelor of Arts with Education at Gulu University combines humanities with education on equal footing. Graduates are prepared to design schemes of work and lesson plans for secondary schools, conduct actual teaching to secondary school students, and manage secondary schools using administrative and managerial skills. The programme also supports practice in professions related to humanities and includes post-graduate training in educational, humanities, and managerial disciplines.

The programme has a duration of 3 years and uses a weekday study time. It has an intake in August. The course structure is presented through its programme learning outcomes and entry requirements, with weekday study time and a multi-year duration specified.

The minimum requirements for admission in Bachelor of Arts with Education Hea at Gulu University for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

• program specific academic requirment set by Gulu University.
• English Language OR any other language requirments as set by Gulu University as pre-requiste for admission in Bachelor of Arts with Education Hea.

Principal passes in any two of the following subjects: Economics, Geography, Religious Education, History, Kiswahili and Literature in English obtained at the same sitting.

For English-Literature Double Main, a candidate should have a Principal Pass in Literature in English and a Principal Pass in any other A Level subject, while for Kiswahili Double Main, a Principal Pass in Kiswahili and in any other A Level subject is required.
