Bachelor of Education (Secondary)

Bachelor of Education (Secondary) is a Bachelor program taught at Mountains of the Moon University, Uganda. Intake: Fall, Spring. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (4 years) options.

The Bachelor of Education (Secondary) at Mountains of the Moon University is an undergraduate degree in the Faculty of Education. The programme is connected to the Department of Education Planning & Management, and it awards a Bachelors, Undergraduate level qualification.

The programme has a duration of 3 years and a study option of blended. Fees are listed per semester as UGX 642,000.

The minimum requirements for admission in Bachelor of Education (Secondary) at Mountains of the Moon University for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

• program specific academic requirment set by Mountains of the Moon University.
• English Language OR any other language requirments as set by Mountains of the Moon University as pre-requiste for admission in Bachelor of Education (Secondary).

• At least a Credit Diploma in Education (Secondary), or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
• A minimum of five (5) passes at UCE, and two (2) principal passes at UACE, or its equivalent.
• At least five (5) passes at UCE, and two (2) principal passes in Biology and Chemistry at UACE, or its equivalent.
• Or a Diploma in Environmental Health, Public Health or other allied health course from an institution recognized by the NCHE.
