Diploma in Accounting Finance

Diploma in Accounting Finance is a Diploma program taught at Mountains of the Moon University, Uganda. Intake: August. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (2 Years) options.

The Diploma in Accounting & Finance (programme code DAF) at Mountains of the Moon University trains students in accounting and finance studies, delivered as a two-year programme. It begins in August. Students study full time or on weekends.

Admission depends on prior academic attainment. Applicants must meet the listed combinations of passes at UACE and UCE, or qualify through a second class certificate route from a recognized institution, plus additional requirements stated for UCE-level passes. Tuition fees listed on the programme are given per semester for Ugandan students.

The minimum requirements for admission in Diploma in Accounting Finance at Mountains of the Moon University for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

• program specific academic requirment set by Mountains of the Moon University.
• English Language OR any other language requirments as set by Mountains of the Moon University as pre-requiste for admission in Diploma in Accounting Finance.

At least one (1) principal pass and two subsidiary passes in agriculture, entrepreneurship, mathematics, geography or economics at UACE, or its equivalent. At least five (5) passes at UCE, or its equivalent.

• Or at least a second class Certificate of in Business Administration, Public Administration, Microfinance Management, Agriculture, or Agricultural Extension and any other relevant course from a recognized institution.
• At least three (3) passes at UCE, or its equivalent.
