Bachelor Of Human Resource Management

Bachelor Of Human Resource Management is a Bachelor program taught at Nkumba University, Uganda. Intake: Fall, Spring. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (3 Years) options.

The Bachelor of Human Resource Management at Nkumba University is designed for students who want a thorough grounding in Human Resource Management. It prepares graduates for roles such as Human Resource Managers, Administrative Assistants, and Supervisors, as well as other administrative positions.

The programme is offered for a period of three years. The course structure is shown as “Course Modules,” with “6” listed in the programme outline. After completion, graduates can pursue careers such as Human Resources Manager, Recruiter, Training and Development Manager, and other human resources roles.

The minimum requirements for admission in Bachelor Of Human Resource Management at Nkumba University for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

• program specific academic requirment set by Nkumba University.
• English Language OR any other language requirments as set by Nkumba University as pre-requiste for admission in Bachelor Of Human Resource Management.

Direct Entry Scheme

• At least 5 passes at Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) obtained at the same sitting or its equivalent;
• At least 2 principal passes at Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) obtained at the same sitting or its equivalent.

Diploma holders

• Hold a Credit or Second-Class Diploma in the relevant field from a recognized institution as determined by the University Senate.
• At least a Pass (50%) in Mature Entry Examinations.

Other

• A certificate obtained after 2 years of post UCE study;
• Any equivalent qualifications besides UCE and UACE.

Mature age Entry

• The applicant should be 25 years of age and above;
• Must have passed mature age entry examinations organized by the National Council for Higher Education.

Other

• A certificate obtained after 2 years of post UCE study;
• Any equivalent qualifications besides UCE and UACE.
