Bachelor Of Clearing And Forwarding Management is a Bachelor program taught at Nkumba University, Uganda. Intake: Fall, Spring. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (3 Years) options.

The Bachelor of Clearing and Forwarding Management is a three-year programme in Clearing and Forwarding Management. It focuses on the Custom Clearing and Forwarding environment and aims to equip students with operational skills and knowledge for functions related to clearing and forwarding.

It is suited to learners already employed in the industry and to learners who want to start a career in Customs Clearing and Forwarding. It is also suited to importers and exporters who want to understand the role of Customs, Clearing and Forwarding Agents in handling shipments and in customs clearing and forwarding procedures.

The minimum requirements for admission in Bachelor Of Clearing And Forwarding Management at Nkumba University for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

• program specific academic requirment set by Nkumba University.
• English Language OR any other language requirments as set by Nkumba University as pre-requiste for admission in Bachelor Of Clearing And Forwarding Management.

• At least 5 passes at Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) obtained at the same sitting or its equivalent;
• At least 2 principal passes at Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) obtained at the same sitting or its equivalent.

Diploma holders

• Hold a Credit or Second-Class Diploma in the relevant field from a recognized institution as determined by the University Senate.
• At least a Pass (50%) in Mature Entry Examinations.

Other

• A certificate obtained after 2 years of post UCE study;
• Any equivalent qualifications besides UCE and UACE.

Mature age Entry

• The applicant should be 25 years of age and above;
• Must have passed mature age entry examinations organized by the National Council for Higher Education.
