Diploma in Agribusiness

Diploma in Agribusiness is a Diploma program taught at Nkumba University, Uganda. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time options.

The Diploma in Agribusiness at Nkumba University covers crop and livestock production, marketing, and financial management. Students study the main areas of agribusiness and build practical skills through hands-on work.

The program includes internships and practical projects. It is designed to prepare graduates for leadership roles in agribusiness and to support agricultural development.

The minimum requirements for admission in Diploma in Agribusiness at Nkumba University for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

• program specific academic requirment set by Nkumba University.
• English Language OR any other language requirments as set by Nkumba University as pre-requiste for admission in Diploma in Agribusiness.

Applicants for Diploma programmes should hold:

• A Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) with a minimum of 5 passes obtained at the same sitting or its equivalent.
• Uganda Advanced Level Certificate (UACE) with at least one Principal Pass, and 2 subsidiary passes obtained at the same sitting or its equivalent.
• Or a certificate obtained after 2 years of post UCE study from a recognized institution.
• Or any equivalent Certificate besides UCE and UACE from a recognized institution.
