Master of Science in Human Resource Management

Master of Science in Human Resource Management is a Masters program taught at Nkumba University, Uganda. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time options.

The Master of Science in Human Resource Management at Nkumba University develops specialized knowledge and skills for managing human capital in organizations. Students study Human Resource Management Ethics, Human Resource Management, Organization Development, and Performance Management, along with Labour Economics, Human Resource Planning, Employment Law, and Employment Relations.

The program also includes Human Resource Management Information System, Research Methods, Learning and Development, and Financial Management, plus International Human Resource Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, Human Resource Competency Mapping, and Corporate Strategy. The structure includes research-focused work through a Research Seminar Series (Audited) and a Dissertation.
