Adult Nursing BSc (Hons) Blended Learning
Introduction
Adult Nursing BSc (Hons) Blended Learning is a Sep 27, Jan 28 Bachelor program taught at Coventry University, UK. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (4 years) options.
Coventry University’s Adult Nursing BSc (Hons) Blended Learning combines flexible, interactive digital learning with practical clinical placements. You study modules including Becoming a Professional Practitioner, Evidence: Your Profession in a Global Context, Nursing Assessment and Care Delivery, and Understanding Influences on Health and Care. The course supports you to develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed to independently address diverse health and care needs across the lifespan.
Learning is delivered through blended teaching with virtual simulated experience alongside practice-based learning. Half of your learning is on placement, where you apply theoretical knowledge in practice. You study one theory module at a time, with five weeks of learning followed by one week of assessment per module. Clinical skills theory and assessment take place on campus, and you are required to be in the UK for theory and practice modules throughout the course.
Successful completion makes you eligible to apply for professional registration as an Adult Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC). Placement-based modules are longer to meet NMC requirements, and you participate in nursing care settings through guided participation under supervision.
