Introduction

Mathematics, BA (Hons) and MMath is a Bachelor program taught at University of Cambridge, Cambridge, UK. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (3-year course is a BA honours degree; 4-year course includes) options.

University of Cambridge offers Mathematics, BA (Hons) and MMath, a flexible mathematics degree with options across abstract logic and physics-linked topics. After set courses in the first year, students choose more topics each year, either to specialise or to keep options open by studying different subjects.

The course has 3-year and 4-year options. The 3-year route is a BA honours degree, and the 4-year route includes a Masters, so it is a BA and Master of Mathematics (MMath) degree. Teaching includes usually 12 lectures and 2 supervisions each week in the first year, with assessment mostly through written examinations, plus computer projects and an essay in the fourth year.
