BSC Public Health On Campus is a Bachelor program taught at University of Manchester, UK. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (3 years FT) options.
The University of Manchester’s BSc Public Health (on campus) is a three-year full-time bachelor’s degree that develops your skills in public health. You study how to improve health and wellbeing, protect against health threats, reduce ill health, and reduce inequalities. The course covers how environment and social factors affect health, and how to create solutions that work in real settings across local, national, and international populations.
Teaching and learning use a supportive and interactive approach with student-centred sessions. You take part in group discussions, problem-based learning, and critical analysis, and you use real examples from public health practice in the UK and globally. You are assigned a personal academic advisor from week 1, and in Year 1 you attend peer assisted study sessions led by trained Year 2 students. The programme also includes learning connected to careers within the curriculum.
