Students complete 7 core courses covering leadership, strategy, finance, marketing, and operations, then add 3 strategically chosen courses for a certification in an area of focus. Certification options include Accounting for Decision Makers, Human Resources Management, Marketing and Digital Strategies, Cybersecurity Management, Finance & Investment Strategies, and others.

Courses are offered 100% online in an accelerated 8-week format and are designed to be taken full or part-time. The program uses online, asynchronous courses, with optional hybrid Zoom classes to interact and work on assignments with professors and classmates. The MBA is a 30-credit program with 7 core courses plus Certification Electives for a total of 30 credits required.
