Master of Nutrition and Dietetics
Introduction
Master of Nutrition and Dietetics is a Masters program taught at Bluffton College, USA. Intake: Summer. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (One year program) options.
The Master of Nutrition and Dietetics at Bluffton College prepares students for supervised experiential learning in nutrition and dietetics, with two optional tracks: Eating disorders and Sports nutrition, or a generalist option. Track study includes theory, best practices, research methods, seminars, and clinical observation sessions. Students also complete a capstone project focused on a topic relevant to their track.
The program is designed as a one-year course plan that begins in June. It starts with four online courses, and then uses a weekly structure for fall and spring semesters: one day per week attending in-person graduate courses and four days in supervised experiential learning.
An experienced clinical educator schedules supervised experiential learning experiences, including placement arrangements for hospitals, extension offices, and school food service.
