Introduction

Master & Strategic Plan is a Masters program taught at Collin County Community College District, USA. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (seven-year period) options.

The Master & Strategic Plan is a planning document that drives key decision-making for the college over a seven-year period. It brings together input from students, employees, the Academic Governance Strategic (AGS) Planning Council, industry experts, community leaders, and elected officials, supported by market studies.

The plan is known as Destination and includes a Master Plan for college facilities and programming, plus accompanying Strategic Goals focused on objectives and stretch goals. The goals cover student completion and performance metrics, pathways to support student completion, safety and emergency management components, educational access with external partners, baccalaureate degree options, and strategies to support outcomes and workforce needs.
