Introduction
Civil and Environmental Engineering Technology is a program taught at Delaware Technical Community College, USA. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time options.
Civil and Environmental Engineering Technology is an Associate in Applied Science (AAS) degree that provides an academic and technical foundation in civil and environmental engineering principles and practices. The program covers topics related to the design, construction, and management of infrastructure and environmental systems. Students choose one of two concentrations: Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
Students gain practical, hands-on experience and develop technical skills to support engineering projects in a variety of settings. The curriculum includes courses in drafting and design, surveying, engineering materials, physics, hydraulics and hydrology, GIS, soils, and spatial data analysis. Graduates are prepared for entry-level roles in the engineering, construction, and environmental sectors, and the program supports pathways to industry-recognized certifications.
