The program is delivered as asynchronous online study. The degree pathway is set up with a major core of 21 credits and a concentration of 9 credits, with transfer credits of up to 15 credits. Courses start every 8 weeks, and you can start with courses in Spanish through the program’s ¡Adelante! option. You choose one concentration: General Business, Human Resource Management, or Organizational Leadership.
