The Strategic and Organizational Leadership, M.A. at Fresno Pacific University prepares students to set strategic goals, lead teams effectively, and drive organizational success. Coursework emphasizes applying learning as you go, with a focus on ethical leadership, organizational leadership elements, and research planning for organizational analysis, problem solving, and strategic planning.

Classes meet face-to-face one night per week with online blended components. Students progress through the program with a cohort of 12–22 adult students, and they complete required courses at FPU in a cohort model unless waived by the Program Director. The program includes a master’s research project supervised by faculty.
