Political Science Minor
Introduction

The Political Science Minor at Fresno Pacific University helps students study political life inside and outside the United States through courses in American and world politics, political thought, public law, and public administration. The program exploration of politics is informed by a Christian/Anabaptist worldview, and aims to help students relate more intelligently to the world as national and global citizens.
The minor includes one lower-division prerequisite: PS 120 - American Politics and Society (3 credits). It also requires REL 418 - Culture, Religion and the Church (3 credits) as the core, plus a breadth requirement of select courses totaling 12–14 units, including at least four courses from the approved list. Breadth options include criminal justice, law, history and politics courses, political theory, and an internship.
