Business Administration: Organizational Leadership, B.A. provides an overview of organizations and environments, leadership and organizational development. Students study issues and ideas related to successfully working in organizations, with courses that include management, organizational behavior, marketing, and accounting. The major includes advanced courses in diversity, working with groups and teams, human resource management, and business strategy, plus an organizational issue researched and analyzed to develop a strategic plan.
