Introduction

Aviation and Aerospace Science (ASC) Major, B.S. is a Bachelor program taught at Metropolitan State College of Denver, USA. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time options.

The Aviation and Aerospace Science (AAS) Major, B.S. prepares students for work across aviation and aerospace fields. The program offers three concentrations: Operations, Professional Flight Officer, and Air Traffic Collegiate Training Initiative (AT-CTI) in partnership with the Federal Aviation Administration. Training is supported by the Robert J. Mock World Indoor Airport (WIA) and department laboratories. Facilities include individual training and simulation laboratories with multiple simulation systems, flight-planning materials, an Advanced Aviation and Aerospace Flight Training (AAAFT) laboratory using Advanced Navigation and Space Commercialization simulation technology, and a simulated air traffic control radar system.
