Introduction
Chemistry is a Bachelor program taught at Muskingum College, USA. Intake: Fall, Spring. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (4 years) options.
Chemistry at Muskingum University studies the ways mathematics, physics, engineering, biology, and medicine help explain phenomena in the natural world. Students develop critical thinking, lab skills, and oral and written communication skills through an interdisciplinary curriculum that covers physical, analytical, inorganic, organic, and biochemistry.
The program includes independent laboratory research experiences during the senior capstone project, with one-on-one work with faculty in the lab. Students also gain hands-on experience running a variety of modern instrumentation and research equipment, and build communication proficiency through the progression of courses.
Graduates have a placement record immediately after graduation, with 100% of chemistry majors gaining admission to graduate and professional schools or gaining employment in chemical and other technology industries.
