Introduction

PhD Symposium 2024 is a PhD program taught at Prescott College, USA. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time options.

The Ph.D. in Sustainability Education Symposium at Prescott College is an in-person event for the doctoral community. It brings students together to connect, celebrate, and honor doctoral student research. The program includes a justice-innovating keynote presentation by Meitamei Olol Dapash titled “Maasai Futures: Recentering Indigenous Visions of Sustainability.”

The symposium provides a schedule of events with dissertation presentations and panel discussions. Students can present research, ideas, and work-in-progress to peers and faculty, and receive support and challenge. The event also includes opportunities to learn about the work of others in the field, meet with faculty, and gather with a cohort of fellow learners.

All sessions take place at the Crossroads Center unless otherwise stated in the schedule of events. Admission is free of charge and open to the community at large, including alumni.
