Master Creative Writing Program Awarded 2023

Master Creative Writing Program Awarded 2023 is a Masters program taught at Saint Leo University, USA. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time options.

The Master of Arts in Creative Writing Program is associated with Dr. Anne Barngrover, an associate professor of creative writing and the program’s director. Her poetry collection, Everwhen, received a Bronze Medal from the Florida Book Awards. The Q&A also shares her guidance for writers, including reading widely and maintaining a steady writing practice.

The program is presented in connection with graduate creative writing. The text focuses on Dr. Barngrover’s role as director and on advice for writers rather than on a course structure, coursework list, or specific learning activities. It also describes themes in Everwhen, including love, grief, beauty in the apocalypse, and ecological ideas such as Deep Time.
