Master of Business Administration (Chinese Language)

Master of Business Administration (Chinese Language) is a Masters program taught at Sofia University, USA. Intake: Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (1.5 (6 quarters)) options.

The Master of Business Administration in Chinese (MBAC) at Sofia University combines traditional business fundamentals with transpersonal psychology. Students study leadership, management, and transpersonal psychology through bilingual instruction and a partnership with Beijing Runzeyuan Education Technology Co., Ltd. The curriculum emphasizes emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and interpersonal skills for effective leadership, along with business communications and decision making within business law and ethics.

The MBAC requires 36 units and can be completed in 1.5 (6 quarters) for full-time students taking six units per quarter. The program format is online. Students complete three intensive seminars in quarters 1, 3, and 5 with partners in Beijing, and all other courses include three live lecture calls per class. The capstone is an applied learning project.
