Physics
Introduction
Physics is a program taught at Tyler Junior College, USA. Intake: Fall, Spring. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time options.
The Physics AS at Tyler Junior College prepares students to deepen their understanding of how things work by building new technologies, methods, and theories based on research results. Students focus on applying technologies, methods, and theories to identify, formulate, design, and solve broadly defined physics problems.
Students conduct experiments or test theories, then analyze and interpret the resulting data. They also work effectively on teams, integrate professional and ethical responsibility in their work, and communicate effectively. The program is designed to support progression in level of interaction within a project team environment.
On completion, students are prepared to continue physics study at a four-year institution through transfer. Graduates are also prepared for admission into various medical-related, technology, and engineering fields.
