Business Management at the University of Jamestown is an online business degree focused on management tools such as strategic planning. Students also study the ethical and corporate social responsibilities of business, leadership and management decisions, collaboration and team building, and the legal and economic environment of business. The curriculum covers how to analyze, classify, summarize, record, and report financial information and how cultural dimensions influence communication competence in a diverse workplace.
The program is delivered online with transfer credit options, 8-week year-round courses, 33 CLEP testing options, and 24/7 access to the online classroom. Students must complete 36 credit hours at $330 per credit for the business management degree portion.
The remaining credits required for graduation with a Bachelor of Arts are completed through general education, transfer credits, and/or CLEP tests. After completing 15 upper-level credits at UJ, students can apply for direct entry into the Master of Arts in Leadership program.
