Introduction

Computational Pathology and Digital Medicine is a Masters program taught at University of Jamestown, USA. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (two-year) options.

The Master of Science in Computational Pathology and Digital Medicine (MSCPDM) at the University of Jamestown is a fully online, two-year graduate program. Students apply artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and bioinformatics to real-world clinical and research challenges, building technical, analytical, and ethical foundations for computational pathology, digital medicine, and biomedical data science.

Classes are fully remote, with access to coursework 24/7 online. Students work with real biomedical “big” data, including pathology reports, imaging, and genomic data, and learn to build, validate, and deploy AI-based machine learning models for clinical data. Learning also includes analyzing biomedical “big data” using R, Python, and other cloud-based tools, plus internships or practicum-based learning experiences with industry partners. The program includes capstone projects aligned with industry practicum opportunities.
