B.A Management

Modern organizations, both for-profit and not-for-profit, are more complex than ever before. Managers must be adept at topics as disparate as ethics, strategy, human resources, finance, supply chain management and globalization. At UND, you'll learn the principles of management while you study all the different aspects of business. Our online and on-campus business students learn how to:

• Organize and lead teams
• Generate goals and strategies
• Motivate and develop employees
• Evaluate performance
• Make strategic decisions
• Manage technology and work processes
• Understand the unique contributions of effectively managed supply chains
• Analyze data for effective decision making

The minimum requirements for admission in B.A Management at University of North Dakota for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

• program specific academic requirment set by University of North Dakota.
• English Language OR any other language requirments as set by University of North Dakota as pre-requiste for admission in B.A Management.
