The Business Management Minor at the University of Wisconsin–Parkside is a minor in business management. It is designed to help students learn the language of business and understand how organizations operate. The minor includes a set of courses that build a knowledge base and develop quantitative skills for a career in business.

Courses in the minor cover topics such as operations management, financial accounting, and organizational behavior. Operations Management examines the role of the operations function, including strategy and competitiveness, supply chain management, forecasting and inventory control, total quality management, and lean manufacturing. Financial Accounting covers accumulating, measuring, and communicating financial information. Organizational Behavior focuses on individual and group behavior, motivation, communication, and leadership decision-making.

The program is delivered in person. The business program within the College of Business, Economics, and Computing is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International (AACSB). It is also described as the only AACSB-accredited business program based in Kenosha, Racine, or Lake County, Illinois.
