Students complete courses in administration and leadership, improvement science, and research methods across qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods. The curriculum includes theory-focused work for dissertation theoretical frameworks, planning qualitative and mixed designs, using statistical software for quantitative analysis, and applying advanced techniques such as multivariate analysis, hierarchical linear modeling, and structural equation modeling.
