Culinary Arts / Restaurant Management Program is a program taught at YTI Career Institute, USA. Intake: Fall, Spring. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (as few as 20 Months) options.

The Culinary Arts / Restaurant Management Program at YTI Career Institute trains students for a career in culinary arts with restaurant management skills. The degree awarded is an Associate in Specialized Business. Instruction includes culinary skills as well as professional development skills and restaurant management.

The program is a blended format: lecture delivered online and labs completed on campus. Training uses well equipped teaching kitchens and a theater style demonstration kitchen. Students also practice newly acquired skills during a three month externship. YTI is no longer accepting new enrollments into the program, and currently enrolled students complete the program through an approved teach-out plan.

The minimum requirements for admission in Culinary Arts / Restaurant Management Program at YTI Career Institute for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

• program specific academic requirment set by YTI Career Institute.
• English Language OR any other language requirments as set by YTI Career Institute as pre-requiste for admission in Culinary Arts / Restaurant Management Program.
