Master of Business Leadership Mbl

Master of Business Leadership Mbl is a Masters program taught at Bindura University of Science Education, Zimbabwe. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time options.

The Master of Business Leadership (MBL) at Bindura University of Science Education is designed to prepare students to run business entities in both the private and public sectors in Zimbabwe and beyond. The course focuses on business leadership through modules such as Financial and Management Accounting, Strategic Management, Strategic Marketing Management, and Legal Environment in Business.

Teaching is organised by parts and semesters, with Part 1 covering topics including Business Statistics & Management Science, Project Management, Change Management, Corporate Governance and Business Ethics, and Management Information Systems & E-Business. Part 2 includes Business Research Methods, Strategic Leadership & Organizational Dynamics, Managerial Economics, Strategic Human Resource Management, and a Dissertation.

The minimum requirements for admission in Master of Business Leadership Mbl at Bindura University of Science Education for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

• program specific academic requirment set by Bindura University of Science Education.
• English Language OR any other language requirments as set by Bindura University of Science Education as pre-requiste for admission in Master of Business Leadership Mbl.

Normal Entry
A first degree or equivalent;
At least two (2) years’ post-experience; and
English and Mathematics at Ordinary Level.
