Doctor of Business Leadership Dbl

Doctor of Business Leadership Dbl is a PhD program taught at Bindura University of Science Education, Zimbabwe. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (3 Years (6 semesters)) options.

The Doctor of Business Leadership (DBL) at Bindura University of Science Education is designed to develop business leaders who can run business entities in the private and public sectors in Zimbabwe and beyond. Students study modules including Business Research Methods 1, Business Research Methods 2, Business Research Methods 3, and topics such as leadership communication and influence, artificial intelligence in business, strategic leadership and management, and entrepreneurial leadership and innovation.

The course is delivered through blended learning, combining online and face-to-face teaching. It uses block release with weekend school that utilises Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Classes run on Monday to Friday once per semester. The programme lasts 3 Years (6 semesters), with classes done in Harare. An online option is available for students outside Zimbabwe.

The minimum requirements for admission in Doctor of Business Leadership Dbl at Bindura University of Science Education for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

• program specific academic requirment set by Bindura University of Science Education.
• English Language OR any other language requirments as set by Bindura University of Science Education as pre-requiste for admission in Doctor of Business Leadership Dbl.

Normal Entry

• An MBL/MBA or equivalent business related degree
