Master of Science Education Degree in Sociology

Master of Science Education Degree in Sociology is a Masters program taught at Bindura University of Science Education, Zimbabwe. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (1 ½ years) options.

The Master of Science Education Degree in Sociology studies sociology theories and their links to education, social and economic development, and contemporary social problems. Students also cover education and social change, institutions and education, the sociology of the school, and morality, education, and professional ethics.

Programme structure includes courses in advanced research methods and statistics, educational technology and the science curriculum, educational management and leadership, entrepreneurship and financial management, and emerging issues in gender, sexuality, and education. The programme duration is 1 ½ years.

The minimum requirements for admission in Master of Science Education Degree in Sociology at Bindura University of Science Education for all applicants (Domestic or International) are:

• program specific academic requirment set by Bindura University of Science Education.
• English Language OR any other language requirments as set by Bindura University of Science Education as pre-requiste for admission in Master of Science Education Degree in Sociology.
