Master of Technology Degree in Industrial Automation is a Masters program taught at Harare Institute of Technology, Zimbabwe. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (4 semester) options.

The Master of Technology Degree in Industrial Automation at Harare Institute of Technology is designed to give theoretical inputs alongside hands-on training. The programme focuses on modern Electronic and Instrumentation Engineering principles and applications for industrial automation.

The degree is structured as a four-semester programme premised on research, innovation, and development of industrial real-time solutions. The curriculum covers topics such as Advanced Mathematical Methods, Process Dynamics and Control, Industrial Automation, Data Acquisition and Hardware Interfaces, and Applied Research Methods. It also includes Intelligent Systems and Control, Electric Drives and Machines, Modelling and Simulation, Industrial Management Systems, and Fluid Power Systems Design, followed by Industrial Data Networks, Industrial Robotics, and a research project across Semester III and Semester IV.
