Master of Business Administration

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a master’s degree focused on company finance and related business activities. Students study how company finances reflect the flow of money, capital, and financial sources, including financing, investment, and dividend policy aimed at maximizing company value. The graduate outcomes describe work with operating data, monetary quantification, and decision-making support.

The program has a length of study of 2 years and is delivered full-time. It includes learning outcomes covering reporting, the taxing system and classification, and developing proposals for marketing, business, production, investment, and other company plans using a controlling system and financial approaches. Graduates also develop skills for investment decision documents and capital structure optimization.

• Graduates are capable of obtaining sufficient amount of money, capital and various financial sources (finance), allocate money into various forms of non- monetary assets (invest) and distribute profit (dividend policy) with view to maximizing the value of the company as the key target of the company.
