The Bachelor in Management en Apprentissage at Audencia is part of its Programme Grande École. It is built around two pillars: listening to clarify and taking initiative to transform, with emphasis on responsibility, collaboration, and learning through experiences.

Admission to the Programme Grande École after a preparatory class is done via the BCE competition, open to preparatory classes for EC, literary and scientific fields, or D1/D2. Audencia offers several hundred places each year.
