Cologne Business School’s Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Management is a full-time program with 120 ECTS and a winter start. Students study management topics such as corporate finance & investor relations, management accounting & reporting, advanced business strategy, and managerial economics. The curriculum also includes practical application through projects, case studies and simulations.
The program uses projects, case studies, and simulations to support decision-making under real-world conditions. Teaching includes close interaction with experienced professors and industry experts. The learning modules list work across areas such as leadership, agile project delivery, empirical research & visualisation, marketing & branding, and a master thesis.
