Expatrio Scholarships in Germany (12,000 Euros, Laptop, Free German Language Course)

Expatrio offers the Expatrio Scholarship as a prize fund to support customers who move to Germany to study. The stated application question is: “What inspired you to choose Germany for your future?” The scholarship prize fund is described as over €40,000, with multiple winners.

The scholarship is open to students from all over the world who meet Expatrio’s criteria, including being a new Expatrio Value Package customer and starting studies in Germany in the Winter Semester. The video submission must answer the question in English or German, or be recorded in another language with English or German subtitles.

Selection is based on the submitted video. Expatrio states that everyone has a fair chance regardless of video quality or editing skills, and that the main focus includes answering the question clearly and being creative and original. Expatrio also states that applicants are not judged on age, nationality, academic background, or similar demographics.

Winners receive scholarship money after they have activated their Blocked Account and Health Insurance with Expatrio. Expatrio notes that the scholarship cannot be used to fund the Blocked Account, and prizes are awarded only after the applicant has arrived in Germany. Winners receive prize money directly into the bank account used for Blocked Account payouts.

• You submit your video entry and Value Package application before the deadline date.

1. Get your Expatrio Value Package.
2. Record your Expatrio Scholarship video that answers: “What inspired you to choose Germany for your future?”
3. Submit your scholarship application using the application form and upload your video.
4. Use the same email address you used for your Value Package application.
5. After submission, arrive in Germany and activate your Blocked Account and Health Insurance with Expatrio by the specified activation deadline.
